Sure, first of all, dice a sweet potato into small cubes, then deep fry them in corn oil until they look crisp n golden, get them out of the hot oil n let them cool for a bit. Heat a pan with a table spoon of sunflower oil and pour in some sweet soy sauce and stir on the fire. Add in a bit of water to dilute the thick sauce and then add in some crushed peanuts (you can add sesame seeds too if you like). Continue stirring until the sauce looks caramelized, lastly add in the fried sweet potato cubes and mix them all together on a low fire. At this point the sweet potato cubes will be nicely coated with the sauce n there ya have it
