Today's bento :iconimhappyplz: :

- onigiri with home-baked anchovy flakes n sesame seeds
- baked mini chicken wieners (i had fun cutting them into octopus n crabs :XD:)
- cherry tomatoes (home grown)
- mixed veggie salad - boiled carrot+corn+peas with mayo n white pepper
- canned pineapple cubes with sprinkles
- Arabic dates (dried)
- pickled young mango

How do you do the anchovy flakes? I love anchovies hehe~

Hai~ It's pretty easy ne, first you bake some anchovies (without oil) in the oven at 200 dg. Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes (or until they're brown n crispy). After that you let them cool out before you pound them into flakes. You can use the food processor to crush them if you like :aww:
