I made ikayaki again
This is the tastiest ikayaki (squid grilled dumpling) I've made so far! The outer part is crispy and the inside is soft with half-boiled squid inside, with some plum sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chopped spring onion inside
Ingredients:
- chicken eggs
- wheat flour
- water
- thin soy sauce
- salt
- white pepper powder
- squid
- oyster sauce
- plum sauce
- sesame oil
- spring onion
- sugar
- light mayonnaise
- sweet potato (grated)
- palm oil
