...just once in a long-long while, i'd like to indulge myself in oily fried food...of course i'd make sure there'll be raw veggie/fruit to go along with it (to reduce the guilt)
today's bento: - red sweet potato fries coated with rice flour - fried mini sausages - fried chicken - raw red tomato - mayo n chilli ketchup
Once in a while is yummy. But if I don't eat fried foods for a long time and then eat them again they make me ill. I usually have to eat something that will dilute the oil along with the fried food.
Thanks demi san! lol yeah..i'd eat something sour to somewhat 'dilute' the consumed oil n make me feel less full or sluggish..like green apple, green mango or lemonade for instance...
