NamPrikPao daging

It's a Thai dish, eaten with white rice. It's fairly easy to make, and yummy too
NamPrikPao is basically a special thick spicy paste (which can be kept in a jar for months to store) made to be stir-fried on medium heat with beef, chicken or fish. To me beef namprikpao is the best... sliced boiled beef goes very very well with the flavor of the paste

Ingredients:

- beef (boiled, sliced and pounded)
- dried chilli
- garlic
- shallots
- ginger
- palm oil
- fish sauce
- shrimp paste/belacan
- sugar
